Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and ensuring smooth salon operations. Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license; additional certifications in nail care or eyelash extensions are a plus.
