What you'll do: Provide great guest service — consultation, execution, finishing, recommendations Deliver services based on your current ability and expand as you grow Maintain a clean, safe, professional workstation and follow sanitation standards What we're looking for: Active Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license (or nearing licensure with a clear timeline) Coachable, reliable, and committed to consistent quality Professional guest communication and a team-first mindset Not licensed yet?
