Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on styles and products. Perform additional services such as facial waxing, hair tinsel, and barbering as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, including tools and equipment. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments using ZENOTI software. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction and promote salon services. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing knowledge and skills to foster their development. Requirements Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment. Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques. Familiarity with various hair extension methods is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience with straight razor techniques is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
