The Palm Salon & Spa is looking for a hairstylist to join our team! We're looking for someone who loves what they do, takes pride in their work, and is ready to grow their clientele. We have new clients coming into the salon regularly, so this is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to take on new guests and build their book. The Palm is an established, high-end salon, but we work hard to keep our services approachable and our atmosphere welcoming. We want every client to receive a great service and feel taken care of while they're here. What we're looking for: Licensed West Virginia cosmetologist Eager to take on new clients and grow a book of business Professional, dependable, and friendly Takes pride in their work and pays attention to the details Gives a great consultation and makes clients feel comfortable Willing to continue learning and growing behind the chair Works well with a team Keeps their station and work area clean and professional This is a commission position , and we're especially interested in someone who wants to grow. You do not need to walk in with a completely full book. We want someone who is willing to put in the effort, take care of the opportunities they're given, and turn new guests into long-term clients.
