Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness by properly disinfecting tools and workstations according to health regulations. Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction and store sales. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth appointment flow. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in barbering Proficiency Expertise in haircutting techniques including fades, tapers, and detailed line work. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients effectively and understanding their needs. Strong sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Store management experience is opportunities within the salon environment.
