We specialize in Eyebrow threading, lash treatments, waxing, brow tinting & laminations, facials, and body treatments — all delivered with precision and care. Our team is made up of experienced, certified beauty professionals dedicated to enhancing natural beauty in a relaxing and welcoming environment. As we grow, we are looking for talented Eyebrow & lash artists to join our client-focused team. Key Responsibilities Perform eyebrow threading, shaping, and lash services (extensions, lifts, tints) with accuracy and artistry Consult clients on Eyebrow design, lash enhancements, and aftercare Maintain strict hygiene standards, tool sterilization, and a clean workstation Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships Assist with appointment scheduling, walk-in management, and client flow Upsell or recommend additional services (facials, waxing, tints) and retail products Record client service history and preferences Support inventory control and general salon upkeep Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in Eyebrow threading, lash services, or esthetics strongly preferred Skilled in facial hair removal techniques and lash artistry Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination Great communication skills and client-friendly personality Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends Must be able to commute reliably to Avondale, AZ Esthetics or cosmetology license (preferred but not required) Compensation & Benefits Hourly base Tips from clients Discounts on services and products Supportive and creative team environment Schedule Shifts usually between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Weekend availability required Part-time How to Apply Are you a passionate about Eyebrow & lash looking to grow with a client-focused salon?
