That's why we provide a structured 3-Month Stylist Development Program designed to help you refine your technical skills, gain confidence behind the chair, learn our salon's systems and standards, and prepare for a successful transition to the salon floor.
THE STYLIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Before transitioning to the salon floor as a Stylist, you will complete our structured 3-month Stylist Development Program. This program isn't about relearning cosmetology school. You already have the foundation. Instead, the focus is on refining your skills, building consistency, developing efficiency, and demonstrating proficiency in the services you'll perform behind the chair.
