Cecilia Berkley Holistic Spa I am looking for a warm, creative, dependable, and highly organized woman to work alongside me at Cecilia Berkley Holistic Spa in North Scottsdale. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys variety and understands that working within a private, intimate spa and beauty environment requires flexibility, discretion, initiative, and genuine care. The right person will be comfortable moving between creative and digital projects, personal and administrative support, and hands-on spa responsibilities. No two days will look exactly the same. Creative & Digital Support A strong eye for design and aesthetics is important for this position. You should be comfortable with technology and have experience or natural ability in graphic design and visual creation , including helping create beautiful materials for the spa and Corazón Organic Beauty.
Projects may include:
Designing thank-you cards, product inserts, invitations, signage, and printed materials Assisting with product packaging and presentation Creating simple, refined graphics and visual content Supporting social media and digital projects Helping maintain a cohesive, feminine, elevated brand aesthetic Working comfortably with digital tools and learning new technology when needed You do not need to know everything, but you should be creative, resourceful, technologically savvy, and eager to learn. Personal & Administrative Support This position also involves working closely with me and helping keep the many moving pieces of the business organized.
Responsibilities may include:
Calendar and scheduling support Helping coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and projects Client communication and follow-up Organizing documents and information Helping prepare materials for events, products, and special projects Assisting with errands and occasional personal tasks related to the flow of my workday Anticipating what may be needed rather than always waiting to be asked Spa Support Because this role is based inside my private spa, there will also be hands-on responsibilities that help us maintain the beautiful experience our clients expect.
This may include:
Preparing and resetting treatment rooms Organizing the back bar and product areas Inventory and restocking Preparing client spaces Laundry, linens, robes, and towels Light cleaning and maintaining the details of the spa throughout the day Helping prepare refreshments and our tea experience Assisting before and after treatments, events, and special gatherings There are moments when we are creating something beautiful on a computer, and there are moments when we are folding towels, preparing a room, organizing products, or helping a client feel cared for.
