In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the spa environment, creating a peaceful atmosphere for our guests to relax and rejuvenate. Your proactive approach to sanitation, customer service excellence, and adherence to safety protocols will be key to delivering an outstanding spa experience. Responsibilities Maintain impeccable cleanliness of all spa areas through routine cleaning and sanitation practices using appropriate procedures. Handle chemical substances safely by following safety protocols. Perform lifting and manual handling tasks when necessary. Support spa management by assisting with janitorial tasks and ensuring compliance with spa sanitation standards. Assist guests with their needs courteously, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their overall experience. Follow spa emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times. Use household cleaning techniques for cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas meet high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Qualifications Prior POS experience and swimming pool maintenance experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor capable of engaging positively with guests. Ability to perform lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining efficiency You will be trained in emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond effectively in urgent situations.

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
