Rocklin, California, 95677 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Spa Director to join our team in Rocklin, CA. The ideal candidate will support the Spa Director in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management. Support the development and implementation of spa programs, promotions, and events to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Train, mentor, and motivate spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
