What You'll Do As a Spa Guest Care Associate, your role blends guest-facing responsibilities with back-of-house support. Guest Experience & Sales Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, serving as the face of the brand. Educate guests on our amenities, pricing, and the benefits of integrating RÖK SPAS into their wellness routines. Actively promote and sell memberships, packages, and passes, contributing to the overall sales goals of RÖK SPAS. Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term loyalty. Manage bookings and appointments through the MindBody system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Facility Operations Maintain the cleanliness of all spa areas and amenities Stock and replenish towels, slippers, and supplies to ensure a consistently inviting environment. Assist with opening and closing tasks to support daily operations. Support guests with education while monitoring for safety and ensuring spa rules are followed. What You'll Bring Customer service experience. A strong passion for health, wellness, and self-care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying laundry. Scheduling flexibility, including availability on weekends. Familiarity with the MindBody system (preferred but not required).
