Job Description
Under the direction of the Spa Director, the incumbent provides superior hands on guest service by providing informed and accurate sales and booking strategies. The position includes but is not limited to welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, recommending services and treatments, presenting guests their itinerary, assisting with schedule changes, receiving payment for sales of retail and services, and ensuring all guest information is updated and correct. High School diploma required. Guest Service experience necessary. A minimum of one (1) year prior experience in hospitality, spa, or related guest service industry preferred. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be patient, friendly, compassionate and professional so as to be able to deal with people of all temperaments, especially under pressure. Must be able to prioritize and be multi-tasked. Must possess proficient computer skills with keyboard agility. Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business demands and without restrictions.
