Responsibilities:

Responsible to clean, stock, and offer amenities to guests at the fitness facilities while providing courteous and competent services to ensure guests satisfaction at the Spa. Examples of Duties , includes but is not limited to the following : 1. Provide instructions to guest on equipment usage, assist with Spa amenities, and schedule training appointments. 2. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. 3. Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials. 4. Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. 5. Assist in Locker Room as assigned by a Leader 6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff. Previous experience as attendant, front desk and any other customer service related experience preferred. High school education or equivalent preferred.
