Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, establishing a positive and engaging atmosphere. Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain spa treatments to educate clients about benefits and features. Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and services based on their needs, upselling when suitable to enhance their experience. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and conducting inventory checks regularly. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear communication at all times. Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, encouraging sales through knowledgeable guidance. Handle retail store product knowledge confidently, staying informed about the latest spa treatments and skincare lines. Support cashiering duties such as balancing cash drawers, processing refunds or exchanges, and ensuring accurate retail math calculations. Foster strong customer relationships through attentive service, active listening, and personalized recommendations. Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred; familiarity with merchandising and stock management is a plus. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for potential growth opportunities. Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively. Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, cashiering, and retail math is essential for smooth transactions. Knowledge of retail store product lines related to wellness or skincare enhances your ability to assist customers confidently. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette are vital for creating positive interactions.
