Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the spa facilities are clean, organized, and fully stocked while assisting guests with their needs and promoting our services. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their spa experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms. Stock supplies and merchandise, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and available for purchase. Assist with product demonstrations to educate guests about spa services and retail items. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Utilize POS systems effectively for processing sales and managing inventory. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional services or products to guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or spa setting. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Strong phone etiquette skills for handling guest inquiries via phone. Basic math skills required for cash handling and retail sales transactions. Familiarity with merchandising techniques to enhance product displays effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members alike.
