Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting, escorting, and directing guests, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the spa and salon. Your attention to detail and ability to ensure that all amenities, linens, and supplies are properly stocked will contribute to the smooth daily operations of the spa. Previous spa or club experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome. Escort guests to their designated spa areas and assist them with any inquiries or concerns. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa and salon areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms. Regularly monitor and restock amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure they are readily available for guests and staff. Assist spa therapists and other staff members with any additional tasks as needed. Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Stay up-to-date on spa services, promotions, and products to provide accurate information to guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of spa operations and an understanding of spa etiquette. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
