Job Description
Licensed Beautician - Independent Contractor (Per Diem) We are seeking a licensed beautician to provide salon and grooming services to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income with flexible, meaningful work. Responsibilities Provide haircuts, shampoo and sets, trims, and other grooming services Ensure all services are performed safely and in accordance with state board regulations Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well‑organized workstation Interact courteously and respectfully with residents at all times Requirements Current and valid beautician or cosmetology license Minimum 3 years of professional beautician experience Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred Proof of liability insurance Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Strong interpersonal and communication skills Schedule & Pay Per diem, flexible scheduling Compensation is service‑based and paid directly via 1099 If you are a compassionate, skilled professional who enjoys working with seniors and values flexibility, we would love to hear from you.
