The knowledgeable and talented you will be the highlight of our guest experience. As a Guest Advisor you will Assist our guests to schedule the service(s) that best meet their needs Greet our guests and provide them with an exceptional experience while they are visiting the Spa Ensure the guest is taken care of seamlessly and that they can enjoy a clean and neat retreat and changing area. Educate our guests on establishing a spa wellness routine and recommend products for home care Be your professional, courteous and helpful self Provide co-workers with support and assistance, that they in return will provide you Be a reliable and punctual part of our team Your Experience is Valued at spavia™ Sincere passion to make a difference in our guests' lives Articulate speaker with a smile and a strong desire to assist guests Previous experience in hospitality and retail sales Reliable and punctual When we Need you to be Available to Work spavia™ is committed to your well-being and happiness. You will be provided with a consistent schedule. Our weekends are our busiest days, so we need you to be available to work Sunday shifts. We are looking for you to work 3-4 days per week. Shifts are 8 hour shifts and can be 8:00-4:00, 10:00-6:00 or 12:30-8:30. Other days we currently have availability for are Wednesday and Friday. Why Join our spavia™ team? We are a team
