Tuesday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00

Based on experience and skill level (evaluated during interview/resume review) About the Role Arctic Spas Atlanta, an authorized Arctic Spas and Clearwater Spas dealership, is looking for a hands-on, flexible team member to join our showroom and service team. This is a multi-faceted role perfect for someone who likes variety, isn't afraid of physical work, and wants room to grow into a sales position. What You'll Do Technician work — diagnose and repair Arctic and Clearwater hot tubs and swim spas Delivery & installation — deliver spas to customer homes and complete full installs Warehouse/showroom logistics — unload spas from trucks, move units onto the sales floor, and help rearrange floor layout as inventory changes Site visits — visit customer properties ahead of delivery to assess access, placement, and installation logistics, plus offer practical feedback and ideas on spa placement Sales support — learn our product lineup (Arctic Spas and Clearwater Spas) and assist customers on the floor as a junior sales associate What We're Looking For Comfortable with physical labor — lifting, moving, and maneuvering heavy equipment Reliable, flexible, and willing to wear multiple hats day to day Strong communicator — you'll be interacting directly with customers during site visits and on the sales floor Genuine interest in learning the product line and eventually taking on sales responsibilities Problem-solver who can think through logistics and space planning on the fly Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification preferred (not required, but a plus) Prior experience in spa/pool service, delivery, warehouse, or a related trade is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person Why Join Us You'll get hands-on experience across service, logistics, and sales — a great foot in the door if you're interested in growing within the outdoor living / spa industry, with a clear path toward a more sales-focused role as you learn the product.
