Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Spa Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, helping create social media content, assisting with event marketing, and supporting the overall operations of the spa. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for the wellness industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations through phone calls and our POS system. Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients. Assist with retail sales by promoting products and ensuring stock levels are maintained. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa. Supervise staff during peak hours to ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided. Address client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a spa or retail environment. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to sell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for health, wellness, and beauty industries is a plus. Experience with social media content creation is preferred This is a part time position averaging 30 hours a week.
