What You'll Do As an Assistant Barbershop Leader, you'll play an important role in supporting both the team and the business.

You'll:

Work closely with the Shop Leader to support daily shop operations Coach, mentor, and develop barbers and stylists Help maintain high standards for cuts, colors, shaves, and customer service Lead by example behind the chair while delivering an exceptional client experience Support recruiting and hiring efforts to help build a strong team Assist with inventory management, purchase orders, and month-end responsibilities Help manage scheduling, shop performance, and operational efficiency Foster a positive, collaborative culture where people enjoy coming to work What You'll Bring Active Illinois Barber or Cosmetology License 3+ years of barbering or styling experience in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role Experience with coaching, inventory management, recruiting, scheduling, or business operations is a plus Passion for developing others and delivering outstanding service Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends Ready to Take the Next Step?
