Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm (four 10-hour shifts, hours may vary based on operational needs) .

Resume, E-Verify We are seeking a reliable Operator Class C to join our production team in Geneva, IL. This role supports daily manufacturing operations, assisting with machine setup, material preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Operator Class C will work closely with senior operators and is expected to cross-train across multiple machines and departments. Key Responsibilities Assist with machine setup and operation under the guidance of Operator Class A or B Prepare and stage required materials for production lines Package finished goods, including making boxes, strapping, and wrapping products Perform quality checks and notify supervisor of any defects Complete required paperwork accurately Maintain housekeeping standards (removing garbage, sweeping, and ensuring a safe, clean work area) Support different departments as needed through cross-training Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to work with minimal supervision Comfortable using a measuring tape Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Willingness to learn and cross-train on various machines Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (with flexibility for operational needs, including possible weekends or rotating shifts)
• Additional Requirements Completion of company-specific and OSHA-required safety training
