Position Responsibilities:

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they arrive. Assist guests with product recommendations, purchases, questions, exchanges, and returns. Provide knowledgeable and attentive customer service while helping guests find products that meet their needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment. Restock merchandise and ensure displays remain polished, inviting, and on-brand. Accurately process purchases, payments, discounts, and transactions at the register. Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and fellow team members. Build guest relationships and help create an experience that encourages repeat visits. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve retail goals and maintain exceptional service standards.
