Job Description
Description The Windsor Court seeks a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all Spa and hotel guests. You will ensure that all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation rooms, and storage areas, are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests of the Spa and the hotel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas of the spa, including locker rooms, relaxation rooms, and storage areas
- Ensure that all supplies and amenities are fully stocked and readily available for guests
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous hotel or spa experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
