Spa Assistant

Karyne and Company Day Spa is a well-established and growing spa in South Dartmouth, MA. We are looking for a team member to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in clients Taking phone calls from clients who have questions about services offered Answering the phones in a timely manner Scheduling appointments for clients accurately Assisting clients with their check-ins and payments Ensuring the cleanliness of the spa, equipment, and reception area is kept up to date. Assisting Karyne with preparation of treatment room Keeping inventory of products and supplies. Scheduling appointments for clients. Cleaning the lobby area of the spa. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Experience:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service position Spa / Salon experience Customer service experience Strong communication skills (verbal & written) to effectively communicate with our clients.

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
