This is a fast-track apprenticeship perfect for an ambitious professional or a beauty school student ready to learn behind-the-scenes operations and transition into a full-time stylist position.

Key Responsibilities:

Stylist Support:

Perform luxury shampoos, apply toners, mix color formulas, and prep stylist stations.

Client Experience:

Serve as the face of the salon, providing a warm and welcoming first impression for every client. Flexible team player ready to tackle various tasks and daily salon responsibilities as requested.

What We Look For:

Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License. Ability to work efficiently and maintain high energy in a busy, fast-paced environment. A professional, trend-conscious appearance and punctual work ethic. The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to learn every facet of the business and grow into a successful, long-term styling career. Stylists will have the opportunity to service walk-in clients based on their level of experience. We are looking to fill four positions immediately. Competitive compensation starting at $15/hour plus tips!
