The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care from the first phone call through treatment and follow-up. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa setting Plastic surgery or dermatology office experience is strongly preferred Experience assisting with cosmetic procedures; laser treatment knowledge is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures Professional, dependable, and exceptionally detail-oriented Ability to work closely with the physician and collaborate effectively with the entire team Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Must be available to work some Saturdays Flexible schedule; both part-time and full-time positions are available If you are looking for an opportunity to join a respected aesthetic practice where you can make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while continuing to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
