CROWN CULTURE BRAIDING LOUNGE

The home for braiders and clients. Crown Culture Braiding Lounge is a professional braiding space built to support both skilled braiders and quality clients. Our weekly station-fee model allows braiders to keep their full income without commission deductions. All braiding hair is fully provided by the shop, eliminating upfront inventory costs. Essential braiding supplies are also supplied to support efficient, high-quality service delivery. The shop actively promotes its braiders across all social media platforms to increase visibility and attract clients. In addition, we provide ongoing marketing and brand exposure to help grow your clientele. Duties Perform various braiding styles, including box braids, cornrows, twists, knotless, feed-ins, boho styles, twists, locs, and protective styles and other intricate designs Professional attitude and reliability. High hygiene standards Strong client care and time management Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all services provided Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences. Mentor junior staff or apprentices to develop their skills in hair styling and braiding techniques Stay updated on current trends in hair threading. Ensure store management practices are followed for a smooth operational flow Experience Proven experience in professional hair braiding and styling. Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration Knowledge of sanitation standards within beauty services is essential Prior experience in retail sales within a salon or beauty environment is advantageous Join our team to bring artistry and professionalism to every client interaction while advancing your skills in a dynamic beauty setting. Pay:

$150.00 - $500.00 per day
