Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property + Respond to guest service requests in a timely and professional manner + Assist with general upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks + Support preventative maintenance programs and seasonal property needs + Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and equipment + Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns + Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep as needed + Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

Skills & Requirements:

+ Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required + Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work + Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift + Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
