Qualifications and Requirements:

Should be flexible in schedule. Some nights and weekend hours are required Should be comfortable and willing to push membership sales Should be coach-able, confident and reliable Provide excellent customer service to members/guests Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival with a SMILE Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive, energetic attitude Team player Computer knowledge Preferably knowledge in Zenoti software, but not required Perform various other duties as assigned
