Ensure the front desk and spa common areas meet cleanliness and organization standards. Work closely with service providers to maintain a smooth, efficient schedule. Handle data entry and other administrative duties with accuracy and speed. Qualifications Proven experience in sales ; membership-based sales is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment. A fast learner with a consistently positive, professional demeanor. Comfortable using booking software or POS systems (training provided). A reliable team player who can also work independently. Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively. Consistent punctuality and reliable transportation are a must. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays .
