Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members. Basic knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms. Experience working in a customer service role within the beauty or retail industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with sanitation standards, hair coloring techniques, and hair care products is advantageous. Ability to perform or learn advanced styling techniques including straight razor shaving, hair threading, and makeup application. Willingness to learn about store management practices like retail math and upselling strategies to support business growth.
