What You'll Do:

Greet guests and deliver a warm, professional spa experience from the moment they walk in Present and sell Hand & Stone memberships with confidence and enthusiasm Drive gift card sales, especially during peak seasons Handle scheduling, transactions, and front desk operations with accuracy Maintain a disciplined, organized work ethic and hold yourself to high standards Support the team in keeping the spa running smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking For:
