BEAUTICIAN

We are seeking a Licensed Beautician to provide professional beauty and grooming services to residents in a warm, respectful, and compassionate nursing home environment. Position Summary The Beautician will provide salon and personal grooming services to residents while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience. The schedule is flexible. Responsibilities Provide haircuts, styling, shampooing, and other beauty services based on resident preferences. Provide services in a professional, respectful, and compassionate manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow appropriate infection-control and sanitation practices. Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and comfort. Communicate professionally with residents, families, and facility staff. Keep track of appointments and scheduled services. Follow all applicable facility policies and licensing requirements. Qualifications Must hold a current Beautician/Cosmetology License in accordance with applicable state requirements. Previous experience working with seniors or in a nursing home is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and friendly personality. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Reliable and professional. Ability to work independently.
