We are looking for a friendly, creative, organized, and motivated Office & Marketing Assistant to join our boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This is a part-time, hands-on position averaging approxima tely 10 hours per week in-office. The ideal candidate has experience with social media management and digital advertising but also enjoys interacting with patients and helping keep a busy med spa organized and running smoothly. What You'll Do Assist with creating, filming, editing, and posting social media content Help manage social media accounts, promotions, and paid advertising Monitor incoming leads and promptly call/text prospective patients Follow up with leads with the goal of converting inquiries into booked appointments Help track leads and appointment conversions Confirm upcoming patient appointments Answer patient calls, texts, and general inquiries Greet, check in, and room patients for the lead provider Assist with patient checkout and scheduling follow-up appointments Prepare, disinfect, and turn over treatment rooms between patients Restock treatment rooms and maintain organization Assist the lead provider throughout clinic as needed Maintain a clean, polished, welcoming environment Complete light cleaning and end-of-day office reset What We're Looking For Social media management and advertising experience is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. Our ideal candidate is someone who is: Creative and comfortable filming and creating short-form content Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and current social trends Experienced with social media advertising/paid ads Comfortable calling and communicating with new leads Friendly, outgoing, and confident with patients Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and able to take initiative Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Willing to jump in wherever needed—from creating content to turning over a treatment room Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or another luxury service-based business is a plus but not required.
