Spa Attendant / Guest services Are you a proactive, hospitality-minded professional who takes pride in creating seamless experience and impeccably maintained environments? We are seeking a detail-driven candidate that can play a key role in daily spa standards, multi-department flow and guest care.

Key Responsibilities Operations:

Guest Flow & Booking:

Cross-train across the front desk and salon reception—managing guest check-ins, phone inquiries, and appointment scheduling with precision.

Cross-Departmental Support:

Coordinate seamlessly between service providers, front desk staff, and management to maintain an effortless guest experience 5-

Star Hospitality:

Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in's , set up steam/foot soaks, and ensure every guest feels cared for.

Environment & Facility Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, peaceful, and fully stocked environment throughout the shift, including light housekeeping, shower/restroom maintenance, steam/sauna prep, and continuous laundry management.

Service Support:

Assist technicians with efficient room turnovers and client intake coordination. Qualifications Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in guest services, reception, and hospitality environments. Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as leading team efforts on key shifts.
