Job Summary We are seeking one or two upbeat, motivated Retail Sales Associates who love engaging with people, creating memorable customer experiences and bringing a little extra sunshine to every interaction. From helping guests discover unique products in our shop, to welcoming them into our relaxing Himalayan salt cave you'll be part of a team that makes wellness feel warm, inviting and fun! As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for opening and closing our shop and providing exceptional customer service for our retail and salt cave spa service customers including phone inquiries and scheduling sessions. Ideally looking for two candidates that can work alternating weekends or one candidate that would work each weekend.

PM & Sunday:

9:30-4:00

PM Evenings:

Wednesday-Friday:

4:00-7:00 PM Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling. Opening and closing shop and salt cave Setting up clients for their salt cave services and sessions Stock shelves and ensure products are organized and easily accessible for customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including back stock areas. Handle phone inquiries and scheduling sessions with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or spa would be ideal but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work collaboratively and reliably within a team while also being self-motivated. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation in the store.
