Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting clients, assisting with product demonstrations, and supporting daily retail operations. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment that encourages client satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Assist clients with product demos and educate them on spa treatments and retail items Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Upsell spa products and services to enhance client experience and increase sales Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, inviting retail area Handle retail store product knowledge inquiries confidently and accurately Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring inventory accuracy Clean and laundry Skills Previous POS experience and familiarity with retail sales transactions Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for guiding team members when needed Ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly explain features and benefits Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse clientele effectively Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage clients professionally Strong upselling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions Knowledge of retail store merchandising, stock management, and cash drawer handling Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic cashiering skills including cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing Join us as a Spa Associate where your enthusiasm fuels memorable client experiences!
