Wellness spa in South Philadelphia is seeking a responsible, mature, poised individual to join our front desk sales team. Be customer service oriented, willing and able to learn spa procedures, and work well with others. As a Spa Sales Associate, you will be the first impression of our spa, and welcome all spa guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner.

Essential responsibilities include:

• Sell memberships
• Answer all questions about our services via phone or in person
• Manage daily flow of spa operation
• Opening and Closing duties
• Utilize computer scheduling/retail software
• Work as part of the team to ensure clients have a positive experience

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer skills including MS Office and online applications experience with Zenoti is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior spa experience, as well as a background in sales a plus.

$30,000.00
