Job Description
Experienced Mobile Dog Groomer — Charleston, SC Groom one dog at a time in a fully equipped luxury van. No kennels, no cages, no chaos — just you, the pet, and a schedule that respects your craft. Baci & Buca is Charleston's premier mobile pet spa, bringing one-on-one grooming directly to clients' driveways across Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, James Island, West Ashley, and downtown Charleston. We're growing, and we're hiring a full-time experienced dog groomer who wants a loyal book of clients and the freedom to do their best work. What You'll Do Perform full-service grooms: bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, nail trims, ear cleaning, and breed-standard or custom haircuts Hand-scissor finish work, including Doodle and Asian Fusion styling Handle a wide range of coat types, breeds, sizes, and temperaments with patience and care Drive and maintain a fully stocked grooming van between appointments Build real relationships with repeat clients and their pets What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional dog grooming experience Confident scissoring ability across all coat types and breeds Gentle, compassionate handling and a calm presence with anxious dogs Reliability, strong attention to detail, and pride in a finished groom Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Mobile grooming experience preferred, but we'll train the right salon groomer What We Offer Generous pay (competitive commission + tips) Medical benefits & 401K Plan Bonuses for experienced groomers Ongoing training and support to sharpen your skills and learn new styles Flexible full-time schedule Supplies and van fully provided Positive, drama-free work environment Loyal clientele and opportunity for creative grooming (we specialize in Doodles + Asian Fusion) About Baci & Buca We're not just grooming; we're redefining the grooming experience in the Low country.
