Position Overview:

The Hairstylist Apprentice will work closely with senior stylists to learn advanced techniques, assist with daily operations, and build a strong foundation for a successful career behind the chair.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and basic styling Prepare clients for services (gowning, consultations support, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas Sanitize tools and ensure compliance with state board regulations Help manage inventory and restock retail/products Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a luxury client experience Support front desk or guest services when needed

Training & Growth Opportunities:

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a cosmetology program Active or pending cosmetology license (Tennessee preferred) Passion for hair, beauty, and the luxury salon industry Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
