Job Description
Culture ATX Salon (@cultureatxsalon) is a luxurious hair salon and spa nestled in the heart of Austin's Hill Country in the affluent Lakeway / Bee Cave community. You can also learn more about our team on YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@the_hair_cult Culture is seeking an Assistant Hair Stylist to join the fun, energetic, and effortlessly beautiful environment catering to Lakeway's lakeside community. For the first ~3 months each new Assistant Hair Stylist spends time at the front desk / concierge as a way to develop client service skills and perfect the ability to speak clearly about all aspects of the salon and beauty industry. The ideal candidate has a passion for hair and is energized by working in a dynamic salon environment. This position requires having an active cosmetology license with the state of Texas. Additionally, a requirement for this position is to assist with capturing and editing social media content on behalf of stylists and the salon. Training will be provided by our Manager. You will have an opportunity to assist a variety of stylists which will afford you with an opportunity to learn a wide range of techniques. The ideal candidate will be keen to work towards a stylist position on the floor. The position has flexibility of hours and days. Additionally, there are opportunities for performance based bonuses based on working with the team to achieve product sales goals. Talk soon, Culture <3
