We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, sales-driven Front Desk Associate who loves people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No spa experience? No problem. We'll train you. Bring the personality, reliability, and drive—we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Create an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out Recommend and sell memberships, services, and upgrades Answer phones and schedule appointments Build relationships with members and guests Keep the front desk and spa clean, organized, and welcoming Bring positive energy and contribute to a strong team culture What We're Looking For 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent Friendly, confident, and comfortable with sales Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends Motivated by goals, incentives, and growth Why Hand & Stone?
