Responsibilities Perform Safe and Effective Laser Treatments:

Provide expert laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation services in compliance with all safety protocols and treatment guidelines.

Conduct Comprehensive Client Consultations:

Assess client suitability, discuss treatment goals, and develop customized treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Maintain Accurate Documentation:

Complete detailed, timely SOAP notes and record treatment data using Zenoti or other designated systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Ensure Equipment and Treatment Room Readiness:

Prepare and sanitize all equipment and treatment rooms, adhering to infection control and cleanliness standards.

Deliver Exceptional Client Experience:

Provide professional, empathetic service throughout the client's treatment journey, including educating them on post-treatment care and recommending complementary services. Qualifications Texas State Professional Laser Hair Removal License (or ability to obtain) Proven experience providing laser hair removal and/or skin rejuvenation treatments (GentleMax Pro experience preferred) Strong understanding of safety protocols and client care practices in a medical spa or similar setting Excellent communication skills and a client-centered mindset Desired Skills Proficiency with Zenoti or similar business management software Ability to cross-sell and promote additional services Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and accountability Why Join Us?
