Our Spa Sales Associate (SA) is the first person our clients meet before their service and the last person they see after their service. SA's play a vital role in customer relations. The SA is responsible for scheduling appointments, increasing membership sales, and upgrading services by engaging and connecting with clients to ensure a positive spa experience. The Spa Sales Associate may also be responsible for opening and/or closing the Spa in the absence of the Manager. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer service for our clients Answer phones and book appointments Sell memberships, gift cards, products and upgrades Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance Project a positive, energetic attitude Be a team player Perform various other duties as assigned What's in it for you? Job Requirements:

Sales and/or customer experience a plus, but not required (we will train you to sell!)
