Check out our website at nilalaser.com National Institute of Laser Aesthetics (NILA) trains the next generation of laser hair removal professionals through hands-on, industry-focused instruction. We're looking for an experienced laser hair removal practitioner to join our team as a part-time instructor and help shape well-prepared, confident graduates. NILA has multiple running and successful campuses in Arizona providing Certified Laser Technician Licenses. We are opening our first campus here in Texas to provide LHR licensing and education here as well. Position Summary The Laser Hair Removal Instructor will lead classroom and hands-on training for students pursuing laser hair removal certification. This role is responsible for delivering curriculum, supervising live practice sessions, and ensuring all instruction meets state safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
  • Teach laser hair removal theory, safety protocols, and hands-on technique to students
  • Supervise and evaluate student performance during live practice sessions
  • Ensure classroom and clinic operations comply with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, hours, and competency evaluations
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help students meet certification requirements
  • Stay current on laser safety standards, equipment updates, and industry best practices Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on laser hair removal experience — required. This is a non-negotiable qualification per Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) requirements for laser instructors.
  • Current Texas Laser Hair Removal Professional License in good standing
  • Strong understanding of laser safety protocols and skin/hair type assessment
  • Prior teaching, training, or mentorship experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work part-time hours at our Denton, TX location To Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume along with proof of license
