Bridal Stylist - Part Time or Full Time

The Company Brilliant Bridal specializes in selling designer bridal gowns at brilliant savings at our seven bridal boutiques across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Texas. We prioritize taking care of each employee by having a healthy culture and flexible work-life balance. We pride ourselves in delivering incredible customer service to each of our brides and that begins with every stylist! The Schedule We are currently looking to hire a part time and full time stylist. Due to this being a specialized type of retail, working Saturdays and Sundays is required ! Outside of our busy season, we are incredibly flexible on days off needed and want to make sure that our team members are able to enjoy events outside of work whenever possible. The Pay Pay will be a combination of an hourly rate + commission + bonuses + tips. Hourly rate starts at $10.00 hour but the average taken home by each stylist is $14.00-20.00/hour (and often even more!) since commission and tips are on each paycheck. We also offer consistent raises and rewards for employees who maintain longevity with the company! The Role Our stylists work together to help every bride that walks through our doors find the perfect gown! Teamwork is a huge part of this job and we will always ask that you respect fellow stylists while working together to achieve a common goal. Your days will be filled with getting to know brides, talking to their guests, learning and preparing inventory, scheduling future appointments and much, much more! It's the perfect job for those that enjoy weddings and sales and would consider themselves to be charismatic and team oriented!

Please note:

This is a physically active role that requires being on your feet for most of the day, as well as lifting inventory and boxes. Applicants should be comfortable with the physical demands of the position.
