We're looking for someone who is: Professional in appearance and demeanor Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment Friendly, welcoming and customer service oriented Self morivated and proactive Able to maintain a neat, organized and efficient workspace A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, answer questions, and guide them through available spa treatments and services Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, treatment areas, and retail spaces in accordance with health regulations Handle client payments, receipts and daily financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism Open and prepare the spa each morning to ensure it is client-ready before the first appointment Assist with retail store operations by restocking products, and organizing displays Prepare and reset treatment room to pristine standards after each client Quickbooks knowledge is required Social media experience is a plus Must have Characteristics Self-starter sees what needs to be done and follows through Maintains momentum without supervision Emotionally Intelligent with all clients Detail oriented and structure Thrives under pressure Must be reliable, punctual and dependable An Ideal canididate would be someone who is passionate about skincare with an eager to learn, wellness and helping others feel confident. Requirements Prior experience working in the beauty or skincare industry is preferred; salon experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle cash confidently Basic cleaning skills to ensure sanitation standards are consistently met Naturally organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
