Roles and responsibilities:

Provide exceptional salon services to our guests as desired Conduct strong consultations to assure guests needs will be met Maintain safety standards and cleanliness Emphasize product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs Maintain a consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return client Attend and participate in continuing education and training in order to stay ahead of new trends and techniques Thorough knowledge of hair styles, hair care products and related procedures Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Physical mobility, able to stand for prolonged periods of time work with Kacy the master stylist
