Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Esthetician to join our warm and professional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, microdermabrasion and retail sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and health of clients' skin while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including microdermabrasion, dermablading, facial cupping, peels, gua sha and more. Sanitize all tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Maintain accurate records of services provided. Offer personalized skincare advice and recommend products to clients based on their individual needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication skills. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to provide the best services possible. Be willing to sell products, memberships and treatments. Requirements Valid Master esthetician license or certification as required by state regulations. Proven experience skincare and sales. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a beauty setting. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for the beauty industry with a desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
